You can do a lot with a little

In these lean times, you can do a lot with a little, especially when it comes to food presentation.

Open your cupboards and look for fun and unusual serving pieces.  For example, instead of a plate for carrot and celery sticks, put them in a pretty glass or mug or even a short, squat vase.  For some color on the table, hollow out a red cabbage and put a dip in it.
